Chi Sigma Tau is a traditional social fraternity that was founded September 9th, 1999, at the University of Illinois at Chicago. We are an Asian-Interest fraternity; however, we are not Asian-Exclusive, welcoming and encouraging individuals of all cultures and backgrounds into our brotherhood. Since its inception, Chi Sigma Tau has grown to over 700 brothers at 10 college campuses across the Midwest. The Gamma Chapter of Chi Sigma Tau was chartered on December 3rd, 2006, at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Ever since, we have grown to become the fastest growing chapter of Chi Sigma Tau, reaching 168 brothers and alumni across the world as of FA22, our most recent class, the Alpha Epsilon Era.
